HOW I CAME TO CREATE A NEW SYSTEM FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
I’ve been studying human possibilities and ways of replenishing energy for more than 20 years.

At the age of 12, I went to study with a Buddhist monk. Since the age of 16, I have been practicing yoga (and continued to practice it during two pregnancies). As I transitioned to adulthood, I was immersed in the traditions of tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Tibetan Buddhism, and Reiki. I spent more than a year in Peru and the Himalayas, where I was engaged in different practices, including energy practices.
And by going through various systems of human development - ancient, modern, psychotherapeutic and even esoteric - I was faced with the fact that each system affects only a certain aspect of life. Astrology, for example, can tell you about the global destiny of a person; Human Design gives a psychological characteristic. But there is no system that deals with the integrated development of a person.
In a difficult period of my life, when I lost my mother and experienced a painful divorce, I realized that I needed a system that would get me out of the hell I was in. I realized how important it is to work comprehensively on myself. In our micro and macrocosm everything is interconnected. If we do not pay due attention to nourishing the brain, it does not matter how many social connections you establish, there will be no success. Regardless of how you build up love - if we abandon our body, we will not feel happy. As a mechanism, we will not work if we are missing even just one screw. Each piece of our life requires its own attention and progress.
So in my head, the idea of Cosmos Human came about - an integrated system of human development, which includes 9 areas:
Physical (our body)
Consciousness (the work of our minds)
Energy (internal and external)
Prosperity (money)
Influence (your place in the collective)
Creativity (creation of the new)
Love & Relationships (harmony in relationships)
Soul (microcosm)
Pure Consciousness (transition to a new stage of evolution - macrocosm)
