Aliya’s Kosmos Foundation supports contemporary art and contemporary culture projects that turn to the understanding of space and the philosophy of Russian cosmism.
In October 2017, with the support of the Kosmos Foundation, the book Cosmic Shift Russian Contemporary Art Writing was published at the ZED Publishing, a London-based publisher. The book includes texts by famous Russian and Soviet artists and theorists: Ilya and Emilia Kabakov, Boris Groys, Pavel Pepperstein, Dmitry Prigov, Anton Vidokle, Andrei Monastyrsky and others. The publication aims to demonstrate to the English-speaking audience the influence of the ideas of Russian cosmism on the domestic art life of the second half of the 20th century.
